SOQKA provides customers the chance to return, exchange, or get a refund for products as long as they remain in a condition suitable for resale. Items must be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged packaging. If an item is not returned in a condition fit for resale, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange. Should the return meet our conditions, we will credit the item’s price back to the buyer’s account as store credits. If the returned goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will also refund the delivery charge.

We uphold the right to decline a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in a satisfactory condition. Furthermore, delivery charges will be reimbursed if the products are found to be incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Items purchased using promotional codes can be returned unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion.

To qualify for a return, items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must retain all original tags.

Products Excluded from Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We will only issue refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or faulty. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Original Delivery Charges

We will issue a refund for delivery charges if a product is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. However, delivery charges will not be refunded for items returned due to buyer’s remorse. Please be aware that SOQKA reserves the right to modify the above policies at any time without prior notification to customers, as determined by management.
