We only recognize terms other than these if we have agreed to them in writing. When we mention ‘working days’, we refer to all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Pricing and Shipping

The cost listed on each product’s page at the time of your order will be the price you are charged. This price excludes taxes, which will be added to your total at checkout.

SOQKA accepts several types of credit cards including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Your card will be charged immediately after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery Policy

Your goods will be shipped to the address you specify. It’s your responsibility to ensure delivery can occur during standard business hours.

Our delivery schedules vary by product; we ship as promptly as possible, although some items may take longer due to stock levels.

SOQKA is not responsible for any discrepancies between product descriptions and the actual items but do refer to our return policies under the Delivery and Returns section for more details.

Returns and Refunds

We strive for your satisfaction and offer a return window of 14 days from receipt for a full refund to your SOQKA account, applicable to items returned in their original condition.

Should an item show manufacturing defects, it may be returned within the same 14-day window for a full inspection and subsequent refund. Please note that unsuccessful reverse pickups after three attempts, or if the item isn’t returned within two weeks of initiating the return, will lead to a cancellation of the refund request.

For all returns, ensure the merchandise is in its original state, and properly packed to avoid damage during shipping. Inform our team within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting info@soqka.com for return instructions.

Note: SOQKA does not have physical stores; thus, all returns will be managed through direct mail as per the address provided upon request.

Shipping for Returns

Shipping charges for returned items are not covered and will need to be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors by SOQKA. Please ensure that all returns are accompanied by the original packaging and are in a condition suitable for resale.

International Orders

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import fees and taxes which are not covered by SOQKA.
